Burittsuai: Lightning Strike is an offensive jutsu made possible by the Kazuki Clan's Burittsuai. This particular jutsu focuses on manipulating real lightning; meaning the necessary stormy conditions are required to effectively use this jutsu in battle - something usually facilitated through the use of Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique. This allows the user to bend natural lightning to their will in order to strike their foes with the force of a lightning bolt.
