Ryōnin (猟 師 忍, Ryōnin; Means “Ninja Hunter”) is a Konohagakure organization specializing in doing missions "Rank -" which are missions with very little information, which cannot be ranked normally. They usually call missions "hunts", hunts can be assigned by anyone, almost as if they were mercenary ninjas. Difficulty levels can range from rank D to - so most shinobi that are part of this organization are generally stronger than jōnin. Most of the members are pupils of former Ryōnin, who transmit all their knowledge to their student to be as strong at the level of his sensei, thus being able to enter the organization. Unlike Anbu, members are not kept secret, as they have no problem in revealing their identities to enemies, since the mission is almost always accomplished, with enemies always being captured or killed. The members are not ranked in the best and worst ranks, depending on the skills of each one they are placed in specific squads and are rarely moved to others. The leader of a squad is chosen by the number of successful missions, if someone from the same squad has a larger number of successful missions that someone will take the post, the leaders are called "Shuryōkage", and depending on the rank of the mission, they can be certain individuals were chosen from a team of a certain number, which is decided by Rokishi Uchiha, current Ryōnin Leader and Administrator.

To join this organization, it is very viable that you are a student of an existing member, as it will be a reinforcement for the tests you will pass. To pass it will be necessary to have strength, agility, resistance, refined senses, focus and creativity of a ninja of at least rank A, as well as your morale and sanity will be analyzed, to know if you are mentally fit for the missions. The benefits are, using almost all public facilities at the mission site for free (if it is a village and not Konohagakure); freedom to enter virtually any location on the mission, as it will be necessary to search the site during the mission; and finally, limited access to secret information from the mission site, including Konohagakure itself.
Test[]
The tests are very difficult, they only happen 4 years ago and are carried out behind the Hokage Rock, where it is the most industrialized region of Konohagakure. The person must be at least 18 years old to compete, be it an untrained peasant to a veteran jōnin. If you are under 18, the Konoha Council must assess your skills and achievements to decide whether the person will be able to compete. Considering that the estimate of novices who pass the tests is 3-4 every 10 years, it can be said that the tests are very difficult.
Test 1 - Sensory Treasure Hunt[]

Test 3 - Agility[]
The remaining members will be separated into pairs, if the total number is odd, the last member will be left out and will pair with the first to fail. Test 4 - Resistance[]

- Where the Konoha Torture and Interrogation Force uses weak methods such as genjutsu rank D to B, in addition to receiving some doses of weak venoms that cause paralysis and bodily pain, but which are not deadly.
- At this level, genjutsus are elevated to Rank A, in addition to the poisons being stronger and causing heavier pain, shortness of breath and hallucinations that combined with genjutsus, can be a real nightmare.
- The extreme level, where they will be subjected to genjutsus Rank S, extreme poisons that are not even fatal, with the same effects as before. In addition to some minor bodily injuries caused by tools.
Those who support level 3 have passed. If any of the participants, whether a loser or a winner, has suffered some serious psychological damage, they will be referred to the Konoha Psychiatric Hospital, if it fails, drastic measures must be taken and taken to the Yamanaka Clan, which will erase their memories of such traumatic events. Test 5 - Creativity[]

Test 7 - The Test[]
Part 1 In this part, the participants will have to collect the headband from each other, either in teams or alone, each participant must have at least two bandanas, whether one of them is his or someone else's.
Part 2 This is a simple tournament, where the members will use all their power against each other, going to kill their opponent, they will make only one fight, leaving only half of the remaining participants. If the evaluators see that one of the two will inevitably be killed, they will be stopped immediately.
Those who pass all these tests will be admitted as ryōnin.

The Ryōnin are free to wear whatever clothes they want, as long as they wear a black cloak with white details on top, to be recognized by the nukenin, for the purpose of making them surrender. Most of the robes remain open, but there are others who prefer to use them closed, and even the other way around. On the head they wear a narrow, pointed hat with a blue sash and the black rest with the Konohagakure symbol printed, a slipper to facilitate movement. They usually also use ninja tools, as long as they are not dependent on them to fight (like Kote, which makes you not need to learn jutsus), they are allowed.
