Princess Lilian Niang Yanowa Ōtsutsuki (リリアン・イ・アン , Ririan i An; Chinese: lili Ann i昂 ,Niang Lilian) is a Kunoichi, and a Magician from Ta Lo who immigrated to Konohagakure and a member of the Ta Lo Royal Family and the Ōtsutsuki Clan and member of the Shosei Order through her father, and is also a taijutsu, martial arts and weapons master as well as a Master of Medical Ninjutsu.
Background
Lilian Niang is the daughter of Chexian Niang Ōtsutsuki and Tsukiyomi Yanowa (Both Anbu member of Root). She was born on December 21st in one of the snowy mountain villages in Ta Lo along with her twin sister, Jiewan, receiving twin sisters, a year later.
When she was 7, she, her sisters and her parents returned back to capital city to learn and master Tai Chi, Shaolin Kung Fu, Shorinji Kempo, Karate, Five Animals Martial Arts, and its variant styles with her parent's help. She also mastered magic, mostly Tao magic and later Shinto magic, reiryoku (spiritual power), mana manipulation and mastered the fine arts as well as the kunoichi arts with her mother and her father's help. She also mastered the elemental and energy arts, and the power of her Inner Dragon with her parent's help.
During the summer, Lilian and her family would travel to the Land of Zen and Tsukiagure, and during the winter, she and her family would travel to the snowy mountains in the Land of Tao and the Land of Winter.
When she was 11, members of the Ōtsutsuki Clan attacked Ta Lo, after watching one of the attackers Yue Ōtsutsuki nearly overwhelmed her father, she awakened the Sharingan and used it to protect her father and then awakened the Byakugan to defeat him. When that happened Yue produced a blinding light and then appeared before Lilian, freezing time for everybody but herself and explains to Lilian about why she is helping the main Ōtsutsuki clan when the latter asked and gives a cryptic warning that someone who defeats a god ceases to be a normal person then gives her a white seal on her palm, and fades away into mist, after that time resumes.
2 weeks after the attack, Lilian and her family moved to Konohagakure.
Appearance
Lilian Niang is a beautiful Demi-god, fox spirit, human hybrid with red eyes, black hair, which is parted in the middle, into two buns on either side of her head and the rest hanging down—the Chinese niújiǎotóu hairstyle, or in a traditional Chinese hairstyle, or left long and loose, or in a long braid and wears a tan long sleeved shirt, golden shorts, and peach socks and brown boots, sometimes she wears no shoes. After she became a genin, she would wear either a red, orange, purple, pink, lilac, blue, green, black or white silk hooded traditional oriental chinese suit with long sleeves, a mandarin style collar, and a chinese dragon or a lotus, and or both embroidered in it, and black or white flats or wears no shoes at all, with her forehead protector around her right arm. She also wore a purple crystal jewel amulet necklace, a purple dragon bracelet, on her right arm, and a blue moonstone ring with a mermaid tail on the first finger of her left hand she still wore the amulet and the ring after she became a genin.
In some cases, she wears her priestess outfit: a white long mini kimono with a hood with lavender colors and a violet chinese dragon embroidered in it and long wide sleeves, a white arm guard with royal lavender cloth wrapped around it, and a long fingerless glove with a gold cloth wrapped to it, white leggings fade to royal lavender and white tabi socks and sandals or flats.
Lilian has a White Kama on her left hand, once activated, the mark stretches and expands to cover her entire arm and the left side of her face in a series of elegant lines and glows a violet-pink color. After she obtains her celestial form, with her hair turns white and gains a white hooded shirt with long wide sleeves, with white leggings and barefoot sandals decorated with jewels that go up to her calves and gains a white dragon mark with a divine symbol.
Later, Lilian wore a long-sleeved silk purple-pink traditional oriental chinese suit with a mandarin style collar and a chinese dragon, a lotus, and cherry blossoms embodied in it, white loose shorts, and white heeled sandals with her white forehead protector around her right sleeved arm.
Personality
Lilian is a well-mannered, cheerful, determined, loyal, patient, calm, and brave girl in her core, and has an unbreakable spirit. She is also incredibly smart like her mother and because of her sharp intellect she excelled in and enjoyed mathematics, technology, astronomy, marine biology, etc. and she is a bit of a free spirit and prefers to be alone in nature and the outdoors, especially near water and during the winter, says that the cold never bothers her, she is also very creative, talented, and kind and open when she is surrounded by others. But she also can be incredibly sensitive and can be very scary when she snaps.
She treasures her friends and family and never looks down on them, whenever a friend or family member is in trouble or ends up being an enemy, she will do everything in her power to help them or help get them back on the right path and can get very angry when someone hurts or messes with them.
She loves art, mostly painting and drawing and music, preferably classical music, and swimming she also loves reading books mostly novels, and specifically records on history of shinobi, justu, medicinal herbs, and types of chakras. Because she is so incredibly smart, she is good at and loves playing games like Go, Shogi, Mahjong, Shisen-Sho, Xiangqi, and Janggi. She also loves writing, mostly stories and poems.
She loves dancing and singing for she has a beautiful voice, and art particularly drawing, and painting. She loves eating burgers, ramen, and sweets. She is also a skilled cooker and baker.
Abilities
Stemming from her three powerful bloodlines, Lilian Niang is a prodigy, regarded as able to accomplish anything she attempts in remarkably very short periods of time. Having inherited her mother's immense intellect, chakra and mana reserves, her mother's unpredictability, spiritual power, powerful genjustu, and ability to manipulate the power of her Inner Dragon, she scored at the top of her class and by her Genin Exams, she is viewed as one of the well-above people of the rest of her generation like Boruto and her sister, Jiewan and she is one of the only genin of her generation who has jonin-level prowess other than Kaguya. As a genin, Lilian is regarded as an elite who excels in all fields of combat and her prowess proved crucial in many situations and her potential is viewed as a threat to the Ōtsutsuki clan.
Chakra and Physical Prowess
As an Ōtsutsuki and a huli jing/jiǔwěihú, Lilian possesses very strong and unparalleled chakra reserves and chakra control and just a simple release of her chakra could create massive shock-waves capable of petrifying her opponents and others in her vicinity. She can absorb any technique that she encounters by absorbing the chakra from it, and when making physical contact with an enemy, Lilian is able to halt their movements and absorbed their chakra. Like her grandaunt, Lilian can subdue people into sleeping, fatigue, hypnotize them, erase their memories, or even unleash a powerful shockwave from her eyes, which is able to repel people and any attack and is able to levitate.
And by building up chakra into her fists (and infrequently her feet) and releasing it on contact with a target, it grants her what most constantly refers to as "monstrous strength". Lilian's strength is enough to destroy multiple buildings or upend the earth. Furthermore, she can send chakra throughout her entire body to lift objects with greater mass and improve her ability to withstand crushing blows.
Despite possessing Hagaromo's visual prowess, many members of Ōtsutsuki say that is is the spitting image of Hamura due to mostly possesing his visual prowess and chakra control. Lilian is lighting fast and can get behind her opponents in the blink of an eye.
Mana Prowess and Magic Powers
As an Ōtsutsuki and a huli jing/jiǔwěihú, Lilian possesses very strong and unparalleled mana reserves and control. She creates energy blasts, streams, waves and bolts, as well as energy force-fields, shields and barriers. Her powers are mainly used like energy constructs, allowing her to make many different types of structures like, hammers, protective helmets, battering rams, beams to grab and throw enemies, stepping-stones/platforms to carry her and others though air, safety nets, magic weapons: swords, blades and punches, and can combine it with her taijutsu. Ryoko Akasha can find any person she wants by detecting the traces of mana that he/she left or by being at one with the cosmic mana and has the abilities of telekinesis, teleportation, heat vision, clairvoyance, divination, telepathy and healing herself and other living beings. In her full Celestial being form, and fox forms greatly enhances her mana reserves and powers.
Since she was young, Lilian can use magic through casting magical, mystical spells, reciting spoken incantations, and drawing magic symbols in the air thus enabling her to use various magical powers and abilities and is able to perform very powerful spells without using too much mana at a young age. And in her full Celestial being form and fox forms, her spells become more powerful. She can also use different types of magic like Taoist, Shinto magic, etc, and can read magic languages.
Spiritual Prowess
Lilian possesses immense spiritual power able to infuse with her weapons, like her kunai, shuriken, and arrows to increase their durability and power and cast magic and enchantments using Shinto Magic, Onmyōdō, and Tao Magic, to cast offensive and defensive spells like shield and barrier, preform exorcisms, use sacred sutras, written incantations that act as an amulet or talisman of protection. Normally, they are written on paper charms, called o-fuda (御札 or お札), in order to ward against, reveal, bind, or punish her targets, like demons or spirits. Sutras can also use to erect physical spiritual barriers, seal demons in a kind of spiritual prison, she can also fuse them with elemental power and attach them to kunai and use them to attack and defend against her enemies and conjure up shikigami, kind of spirit summoned to serve her. Some she uses as charms for good fortune, some she uses as amulets for protection, that she employed for tasks such as spying, stealing and enemy tracking. Lilian can also sense barriers and demons alike, even when a nefarious being such as them is concealed by magic and can even perceive things that are otherwise invisible to ordinary people (e.g., ghosts, spirits, and divine auras), and manipulate spiritual energy in a variety of ways.
Fox Transformations
Being half huli jing/jiǔwěihú later half tiān hú, Lilian can access to massive reserves of exceptionally powerful chakra, which was at least a thousand-fold greater than most members of the Ōtsutsuki. Due to inheriting her mother's unique chakra capacities, Lilian's chakra has properly mixed her fox's, allowing her to perform several chakra-taxing techniques unhindered. When in her demon form her black hair gains, violet and white strands, her red eyes turn ice blue-silver with slit pupils.
This form allows her to possess black fox ears, plus her nails and canine teeth grow longer and sharper and her cheeks gain white or black whisker marks, and she can grow 1-9 fox tails if she wants to. She can create fox flames and revitalize the life-forces of any she touches physically, heal nearly any wounds, or grant them temporarily chakra-cloaks.
Elemental Arts
Since Lilian was 4, she awakened the power to use the Elemental Arts, a kekkei genkai that allows her to independently manipulate and create Earth, Water, Fire, Earth, and Ather mixed with her taijutsu and martial arts, with the aether and water arts as her main affinity.
Water Arts
Her abilities in manipulating and generating water manifested itself when she was just 4, as she motioned water from a glass of water and using it to splash some boys who were teasing her. Trained formally in the art for 3 years by her mother, Lilian has demonstrated a high level of skill in this art in addition to its various techniques. She is capable of creating large walls of ice, powerful water whips, and water waves strong enough to push back and break through man-made and natural defenses. She is considerably stronger than any experienced water release user, as her ice doesn't break easily, and only her or another. Lilian is able to free her opponents from the ice, further showing off her prowess. She can also launch herself high into the air and maintain the height on a gigantic waterspout easily, fight off several aerial attacks with various water attacks, and propel herself plus another person through the water at high speeds to avoid attacks. Lilian also has sufficient knowledge of blood arts, although it is considered a forbidden skill.
Healing
During her water arts training, Lilian learned an advanced skill of water arts, healing. Over time, Lilian herself became highly skilled in the art, something she takes pride in. By using a small supply of water as a catalyst on the targeted area, Lilian is able to drastically increase the healing rate of injuries, which decreases the chances of bleeding, and by using different types of water she can heal just about any wound and illness.
Earth Arts
Her skill in using Earth Arts also manifested itself when she was 7. Trained by an earth arts master, Lilian has demonstrated a high level of skill. She is capable of levitating nearby pieces of earth and stone of numerous sizes and propelling them at her foes with punching or kicking motions, bringing up blocks of earth and launch them at her enemies, creating columns, gauntlets, out of rocks and can compress rocks, as well as launching herself high in the air using the earth below her, manipulating coal, gems, crystals, chalk, salt, and other earth-based materials, like meteorites, forcibly sink her opponents into the ground, imprisoning them or even suffocating them in earth, easily destroy rocks and boulders with punches and kicks, even if they have a small amount of muscle mass, create walls of earth, which can be used for both defense and offense, as well as for practical things.
Lilian can also create localized earthquakes or fissures to throw opponents off-balance by striking the ground with feet or fists, turn certain surfaces to quicksand to immobilize an enemy, or to create a soft landing for herself should she fall from a great height, can bring rocks, dust, pebbles, or crystals around them and mold them to fit her body and create something similar to armor, create a wave of earth to ride on and use it as a form of transportation, focus her energies and bend that earth out of her physical reach out of sheer concentration, when suspended from the ground. She can also use it to sense vibrations in the ground to sense her opponents' movements and to tell if people are lying.
Lava Arts
Lilian can also change the phase of the earth she is manipulating, melting it into lava for more versatility in battle, similar to what waterkinetics do with ice. She can also use this ability can form the lava into different weapons or summon magma from the ground.
Metal Arts
By using her seismic sense, Lilian can manipulate processed metal and highly purified metals in a similar fashion to manipulating regular earth at close-range and without direct contact for offensive and defensive purposes.
Fire Arts
By the time she was 6, Lilian can manipulate and create blazing rings and arcs, defuse and extinguish an oncoming fire blast from another fire art practitioner by using a swift kick, jab, or any other defensive maneuver, allowing her to stop attacks. Later she could create thin blades of fire to slice through objects without completely destroying them, create a flame at the end of a limb and thrust the flame down in an explosive burst, create blowtorch-like jets from her fist or fingertips to use as close range melee attacks, create a long lash of fire and bring it down on her enemies, shoot continuous streams of fire from her fingertips, fists, palms, or legs, create continuous stream of flame that has a semi-tactile quality and can be utilized as a whip, produce miniature fireballs and missiles of flame with jabs and punches, create a protective shield of fire in front of, or around herself, charging their attacks before releasing them, allowing her to create enormous blasts of fire, control the size and intensity of any nearby flames and can draw them in to manipulate them at will, create comets, missiles, whirling disk of flame, create and direct two powerful fire streams at their opponent, though by intertwining the two streams, a massive, comet-shaped fire stream is formed, read energy, breathe fire to keep warm or to attack her opponent from her mouth, and control heat.
Lighting Arts
By separating the positive and negative energies internally, Lilian can generate and control lighting for offensive means. She can also absorb lightning into her body as energy and release it in a more desirable direction it by using the flow of energy in her body and turning her opponent's own energy against them, a philosophy seen in water arts.
Air Arts
By the time she was 4, Lilian could also control and manipulate air for offensive and defensive purposes like to create a direct pulse or jet of compressed air shot from the hands, feet, or mouth, creates a powerful, outward-moving air current in all directions around her, make a cushion out of air to break anyone's fall, including her own, create air punches or air kicks are small, compressed formations of air that can be fired off her fists or feet, conjures a crescent-shaped wave of compressed air capable of deflecting colossal projectiles and knock her opponents and objects back, enhance her agility, speed and reflexes, regulate heat with her breathing, pull objects toward her, create blades of air that can cut through stone or timber, cocoons, create vortexes to trap or disorient opponents as well as to deflect any objects thrown at her, shoot a blast of highly compressed air, create tornados to transport herself and throw of an opponent, detect approaching threats, which gives them a split-second increase in her reaction time by perceiving subtle shifts and vibrations in the surrounding air currents, enhance her agility and speed. By running in a circle and instantly building massive momentum, shoot a blast of highly compressed air shaped like her body at a target. She also has the unique ability to project herself anywhere to explore underground or sealed locations by passing through solid matter, and to locate others she has a strong bond with.

When Lilian was also 4, she mastered the Aether Arts with the help of the Aether Dragons, allowing her to the unique essence that flows through all of existence, the element that binds the four classical elements: water, fire, earth, and air together, and a power and force that allows control over elemental, cosmic, spiritual, transcendental and primordial forces. She can use this art to for offensive purposes like creating fierce attacks, creating powerful shields, supportive purposes like healing, creating an astral projection of her spirit, controlling the energy of the cosmos with divine influence.
Ninjutsu
Lilian was extremely skilled master of ninjutsu able to use high level techniques at an early age. By the time she was 5, she mastered the summoning jutsu, to summon magical creatures, dragons, snakes, kitsune, ninneko, ninken, and weapons, she also mastered the sealing justu which she uses to seal her weapons, and evil demons and specters. By the time she was 6, she mastered the rasengan and is able to enchant dragon force power into it. She even mastered medical ninjutsu, which she used to heal wounds, removed toxins and regeneration techniques, which she used to repair her body from damage incurred and when taking a serious hit, the Glyph Creation Technique by focusing chakra to create glyphs and fuse it elemental crystals to produce powerful attacks, barriers, and other effects. She also mastered the Welcoming Approach: Thousand-Armed Murder by the time she was 13.
Bukijutsu
Lilian is able to wield a variety of weapons with great proficiency, such as the bow and arrows and bō, she is able to enchant Dragon Force energy in them making them stronger than they normally would, according to her teammates and others, she is a skilled marksman able to nail a direct hit on her opponents 100% every time. By, the time of her first chunin exams, she was regarded as the youngest weapon master of her generation.
Nature Transformation
By the time she was three, Lilian can use all five nature transformations including Ice, Crystal, Moonlight, Aether, Yin, Yang, and Ying-Yang release with Water Release as her main affinity and proved to be very proficient in simultaneously using two different nature transformations, and could morph nature transformations into weapons and enchant them into weapons and like her parents she mastered using nature transformations without using hand seals, and the Glyph Creation Technique to efficiently use single or multiple nature transformations without the use of hand signs and amplify their power.
Taijutsu and Martial Arts
From the time she was a little girl, Lilian showed to be a master of hand-to-hand combat, due to her incredible speed and immense strength. Due to her intense training regimen and her speed, she became a master of the Gentle Fist jutsu. Using the Hyūga's signature Gentle Fist fighting style, she can attack an opponent's chakra system directly, constricting or cutting off their chakra flow from only minimal contact, and restrict their movements. Lilian can perform several of her clan's advanced hidden techniques, able to block or repel anything in her sights. And as an Ōtsutsuki, Lilian can use different styles of taijustu, martials arts and other forms of hand-to-hand combat able to perform relentless assaults through coordinated strikes from each of her limbs and fists. She can even incorporate the use of ninjutsu in her taijustu thus amplifying her power And as a Yoshida, she is skilled in both combative, which focuses on her internal energies and fluid body movements to destroy her opponents and turn their strengths against them. and non-combative tai chi, which focuses more on internal energy and fluid movement, as opposed to external force and brute strength.
Genjutsu
Like her mother, Lilian is a genjutsu prodigy mastering the most basic by the time she was 3, and by the time she was 4 she mastered the most advanced genjustu used by her mother and other shinobi. Capable of discerning the truth in an instant to see through an illusion and likewise able to lure enemies to a place far beyond genjutsu, she is able to simultaneously affect multiple opponents with her genjutsu, and revert the effects of genjutsu onto the caster, just like Kurenai and her mother and due to having inherited her mother's unpredictability and power she can cast genjutsu so powerful even the most skilled shinobi can't see it coming. Most of her illusion technique, revolve around casting illusions, using hand signs and items like her demonic flute.
Senjutsu
When Lilian was 5, she started training to master fox sage mode, a year later she traveled to Mount Koryū which was now rich in chakra and natural energy in order to master senjutsu from the Dragons, they even taught her how to use Sage Transformation, although it was originally known as a kekkai genkai. She later traveled to Ryūchi Cave and learned to master their style of senjutsu and Sage Transformation.
Due to the balance of natural energy in her body, Lilian entered a complete Sage Mode, symbolized by the violet dragon or violet fox, and light violet pigmentation around her eyes or winter blue irises in her eyes, and white pigmentation around her eyes and no alterations to her appearance. Using this jutsu enhances Lilian's physical strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, perception, and durability, and her ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu become more powerful. When Lilian uses Dragon Sage Transformation, her eyes gain violet dragon slitted pupils, and she gains a light violet chakra shroud that forms ethereal Chinese dragons around her body to aid in her attack range. Two dragon horns juts from her forehead and gain black markings around her eyes. When she uses Snake Sage Transformation her eyes gain snake silted eyes with a royal blue sclerae and a white chakra shroud that forms ethereal snakes around her body to aid in her attack range and one horn juts from her forehead and gains white markings around her eyes.
Dōjutsu
Byakugan
As a Ōtsutsuki, Lilian can use the Byakugan. With it she has a near-360º field of vision around themselves, see through walls, peer underground, examine the contents of a person's body, see chakra and the chakra pathway system within a target's body, determine if an opponent is currently performing a genjutsu or under a genjutsu, detect a target through their body heat, see into her target's mind to determine their thoughts and feelings, even to look through their memories, emit pulses of chakra from her to subdue opponents, and analyze an opponent's tactics during a fight, granting them a certain amount of predictive ability. It also allows her to use Byakugan Chakra Mode, which enhances her physical strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, perception, and durability and makes her ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu become more powerful, while also allowing her to use of techniques that would not be possible to use and can use combined with senjustu.
Sharingan
With the Sharingan, Lilian can see chakra, giving it colour in order to distinguish it by its composition and source, see chakra through some (but not all) obstructions and detect irregularities in a person's chakra flow, such as those caused by genjutsu influence, but this ability is not as strong as when used with the Byakugan. She also possesses incredible clarity of perception on a cellular level, enabling her to read lips or mimic something like pencil movements, see fast-moving objects, anticipate her opponent's movement based on the slightest muscle tension in their body and act accordingly to dodge or intercept, read her opponent's hand signs to give her an insight of the performed technique's nature, regardless of the speed of performance, so long as the hands are not physically hidden from view. She can even enter her target's mind to look through their memories. Ryoko can also copy almost any jutsu she sees, memorizing ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy. She can then either perform that jutsu or modify it to suit her needs, except kekkei genkai abilities she does not have or nature transformations she hasn't learned to perform. She can also see through and preform genjustu, take complete control of her target's body, forcing them to do exactly what she wishes, and can appear as if she is able to "see the future", by perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, she suggests an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a technique that the opponent and Ryoko already knows and copy that. With these things done, she can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them.
Tenseigan
At the age of 14, Lilian could use the Tenseigan enabling her to control both attractive and repulsive forces, boast enormous ocular powers, she can also remotely teleport her target reflected into the eye, shift locations between their selected targets, shift objects with a certain range, shift targets reflected into the eye, and open portals to another dimension and even shit through dimensions instantly, like the Rinnegan. It also allows the user can also use techniques similar to the ones used with the Rinnegan. Like the Byakugan, its predecessor Lilian can see and sense chakra, the chakra pathway system, and track people with their chakra. It also grants Lilian the use of Tenseigan Chakra Mode, which in turn gives her an increase in speed, power, strength, durability, and reflexes. It also grants her the use Truth-Seeking Balls, thus granting the user all five nature transformations and Yin, Yang, and Yin–Yang Release. She can also use it combined with senjustu.
Tianshang Kāma
After Lilian defeated Yue, she was forcibly marked with a white four-point black diamond seal with a dragon symbol at the center. The mark subconsciously allows Lilian to access Yue's "pure powers". Once activated, the mark stretches and expands to cover her entire arm and the left side of her face in a series of elegant lines. While doing so, it greatly boosts her physical parameters and also lets Lilian absorb virtually any ninjutsu or energy-based target. Lilian can also produce a dimensional portal to other realms. Originally, she could not access the mark willingly and it takes a huge toll on her chakra but was later taught how to more efficiently by Kawaki along with Boruto and her sister. Isshiki notes that Lilian's body being strong and healthy and compatible with the mark will enable the God Tree to produce the highest quality Chakra Fruit.
Unlike the regular Kāma the white Kāma, it is not dangerous to Lilian's being, but Yue would be able to manifest through her body, but as a fusion of power between her and Yue.
Intelligence
Lilian is a highly intelligent person and it's because of that she is knowledgeable of all the nature transformations including ninshu, ninjutsu, taijutsu, dojutsu, and genjutsu, she used that knowledge to develop complex strategies, and is mostly knowledgeable of poisons, and wounds and illnesses and how to treat them with medicinal herbs and medical ninjutsu. She is also able to analyze the situation she is in to find a way around it. Like Boruto, Lilian is also effective in employing others' abilities in creating a strategy, making the most out of her allies' skills and she is also adept at exploiting flaws and weaknesses in both herself and other targets as key focuses on her tactics.
